Implant Restorations

At Vita Dental Laboratory, our Implant Restorations service delivers precision-engineered prosthetics that restore function, esthetics, and patient confidence. From single-tooth implants to full-arch rehabilitations, we combine advanced materials science, digital planning, and artisan finishing to produce restorations that integrate seamlessly with native tissues.

1. Custom Titanium & Zirconia Abutments

We design abutments on a per-case basis, using CAD software to optimize emergence profiles and soft-tissue support.

Our options include:

  • Titanium Abutments: Biocompatible and strong, ideal for posterior loads and limited vertical space.

  • Zirconia Abutments: Metal-free for superior esthetics in the anterior zone, featuring a white substructure that prevents darkening of peri-implant tissues.

Submit your digital implant analogue or scan data, and receive precise STL files for verification within 24 hours.

2. Cement-Retained vs. Screw-Retained Crowns

We fabricate both retention types to suit your clinical protocol:

Retention Solutions:

  • Cement-Retained Crowns: Passive fit and simplified occlusal anatomy, with retrievability via peri-implant access channels.

  • Screw-Retained Crowns: Eliminates cement risk and allows direct access for maintenance; channels sealed with tooth-colored composite.

3. Full-Arch Implant Bridges(All-on-4 / All-on-6)

Restoring edentulous arches demands biomechanical precision. Frameworks for All-on-4 or All-on-6 configurations optimize load distribution and minimize cantilevers.

Workflow:

  • Framework Fabrication: Milled titanium substructures ensure passive fit and rigidity.

  • Provisionalization: PMMA or composite provisional bridges for immediate loading.

Partner with our planning team for DICOM-to-CAD workflows merging CBCT data with digital impressions.

4. Titanium Bars with PMMA, Acrylic, or Hybrid Ceramic

Our substructure bars serve as the backbone for provisional and definitive prostheses:

Bar Materials:

  • PMMA Bars for lightweight, quick-turnaround provisionals.

  • Acrylic Bars with customizable tooth setups.

  • Hybrid Ceramic Bars (e.g., VITA Enamic) for enhanced wear resistance and shock absorption.

5. Full Zirconia Screw-Retained Bridges

Our full-contour zirconia bridges offer esthetics with strength (>1,200 MPa flexural strength). Multi-layered discs mimic natural shade gradients, and precision-milled screw channels preserve material integrity.

6. Surgical Guide Planning & 3D Printing

We offer fully guided surgical templates based on merged intraoral scans and CBCT data:

Guide Services:

  • Virtual implant planning with emergence verification and bone anatomy assessment.

  • 3D-printed biocompatible resin guides with metal sleeves for pilot, pilot-plus, or fully guided protocols.

  • Quality inspection for sleeve angulation and model fit before delivery.

7. Digital Workflow Integration

Compatible with all major intraoral scanners and implant planning software. Submit STL and DICOM files through our secure portal, and track case status in real time.

8. Material Science & Biomechanical Considerations

Every component meets ISO 22716 and CE-mark standards. Abutment-to-implant connections target micro-gaps ≤10 µm and frameworks undergo finite element analysis for forces up to 800 N.

9. Shade Matching & Tissue Harmony

Achieving a natural emergence profile involves color and light interaction with soft tissue. We provide gingival masking and digital shade guides. See our Implant Shade Guide.

10. Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

Each case undergoes marginal gap analysis (≤50 µm), torque verification per manufacturer specs, and final inspection under 4× magnification. Our facility is ISO 13485–certified.

11. Clinical Support & Continuing Education

Case consultations via secure video conferencing and quarterly webinars on advanced implant protocols register at our Continuing Education Portal.

12. Packaging & Delivery

Included with your shipment:

  • Labelled abutments and prosthetics in foam-lined trays.

  • Surgical guide verification models.

  • Step-by-step cementation or insertion protocols.
