Fabricated from biocompatible PETG or polypropylene sheets, our Essix retainers offer a nearly invisible solution for post‐orthodontic retention. Vacuum-formed over master models, they maintain tooth position with minimal bulk and are easily replaced if lost or worn. Color-tinting options and custom engraving are available for practice branding.
The time-tested Hawley design features a labial bow of stainless steel wire and acrylic base, providing adjustable retention and arch control. Begg-style retainers employ a wraparound labial wire for enhanced anchorage and reduced acrylic coverage. Both types allow chairside wire adjustments and minor rebasing, extending appliance longevity.
Our Twin Block devices are precision-fabricated from high-impact acrylic with interlocking bite-blocks that posture the mandible forward, stimulating mandibular growth in growing patients.
